What the Program Is

The Painting master’s programme develops advanced artistic, research, and creative competencies for independent professional practice. Students learn to conduct artistic research, develop concepts and creative projects, apply contemporary techniques and technologies, and critically evaluate artistic approaches within international, multicultural, and interdisciplinary contexts.

Main Areas of Study

The programme explores fine art, painting concepts, art ideology, technologies and materials, conceptual expression, and interdisciplinary practice. Students also develop competencies in scientific literacy, curatorial and art management, teamwork, project supervision, and independent artistic experimentation. The programme prepares graduates to develop painting specializations, create innovative artistic projects, and work as competent professional art practitioners and experts.
