The PhD in Communication and Information at Vilnius Gediminas Technical University (VILNIUS TECH) is a doctoral programme offered by the Faculty of Creative Industries, Department of Creative Communication. The programme includes an open doctoral candidate position focused on Human Rights in Present-Day Political Communication, while applicants interested in other research topics related to Human Rights are also welcome. Full-time doctoral studies have a duration of 4 years, with part-time studies also available for 6 years.

Applicants must hold a postgraduate diploma or higher, and entry qualification documents must be provided in English, with verified copies required when enrolling at the university. Both state-funded and self-funded study options are available, along with doctoral study and research grants and international academic mobility grants. The annual tuition fee is €12,449 for full-time studies and €8,299 for part-time studies. The application deadline is June 1, and studies start on September 1.
