Programme Overview

The Public Policy and Security Master’s programme at Kaunas University of Technology (KTU) focuses on the relationship between public policy, risk prevention, and national and societal security. Students develop knowledge and practical skills in security risk analysis, public policy decision-making, and effective risk management while learning from an international team of lecturers. Most lectures are delivered remotely, providing additional flexibility.

Admission Requirements

Applicants can hold a Bachelor’s degree in any study field. English proficiency requires IELTS ≥ 6.0, TOEFL ≥ 85, CEFR ≥ C1, or previously completed studies in English.
