The Tourism and Hospitality Innovations programme at Breda University of Applied Sciences is a one-year Master’s specialisation within the Master Tourism Destination Management, focused on sustainable outdoor hospitality management. It prepares students for entrepreneurial and managerial roles in the outdoor hospitality industry, with an emphasis on sustainable management and innovation in accommodation and tourism businesses.
The programme combines theoretical learning about sustainable outdoor hospitality management with practical work in outdoor hospitality businesses. Students study in Breda, Girona in Spain, and Rijeka in Croatia, and receive master’s diplomas from each of the three participating universities in the European collaboration. The programme is taught in English. Tuition for 2026/2027 is €2,695 per year for EU/EEA students and €17,250 per year at the institutional rate.
