The Master’s programme in Visual Plastic Art at European Humanities University is a 2-year full-time programme focused on contemporary interdisciplinary visual research, experimental artistic practices, and innovative creative techniques. Students explore areas including contemporary art, aesthetics, art research methodology, graphic design, animation, art management, interdisciplinary art, interactive projects, and creative project development. The programme includes Masterclasses with specialists from Belarus, Lithuania, France, Estonia, Portugal, and Israel, as well as opportunities for practical visual research in field schools in Vilnius, St. Petersburg, Florence, and Athens.
Graduates can pursue careers as Art Directors, Media Artists, Animation Project Directors, Art Concept Producers, or PhD fellows at universities in Europe and the USA. The programme comprises 120 ECTS credits and is taught in Russian and English. Admission requires a Bachelor’s degree and English proficiency at B2 level or higher, demonstrated through an Advanced Speech Test, TOEFL/IELTS certificate, or eligible EHU Bachelor’s degree English grade. Applicants must also submit the required academic and personal documents and pass an online interview.
