Position: Technical Project Manager – Infrastructure & Networks (M/F

Location: Caen (14), Nantes (44), Saint-Lô (50) or Lessay (50)

Remote work: 2 days per week

Contract: Umbrella company, Freelance or Permanent

Salary: €45,000 to €65,000

Client context:
You will be joining a major player in the agri-food sector engaged in a vast transformation program of its information system following a merger between two large groups. This dynamic is driving numerous strategic projects within the Infrastructure, Networks, and Cybersecurity teams.In this context, the team in charge of technical projects is strengthening its capabilities to manage a significant portfolio of initiatives related to infrastructure, networks, and security. You will be involved in high-stakes projects in coordination with multiple business and technical stakeholders spread across several sites in France.

Your responsibilities will include:
Managing end-to-end technical infrastructure, network, and cybersecurity projects.Ensure the monitoring of project schedules, workloads, budgets, and risks.Coordinate the various internal technical teams and external service providers.

Lead governance bodies: Steering Committee, Operations Committee, project committees, and progress meetings.Produce project progress reports and indicators.Maintain up-to-date planning and workloads in project management tools.Support transformation projects, particularly those related to infrastructure, networks, cloud, and cybersecurity.Guarantee the application of the project methodology and the quality of deliverables.

Technical Stack:
Project Management: leading Infrastructure, Network, and Cybersecurity projects; budget management; risk management; and multi-team coordination.

IT Transformation: cloud, technical migrations, and infrastructure modernization.

Infrastructure & Security: network environments, data centers, and system security.

Tools: Abraxio.

Context: portfolio of approximately 75 parallel projects with significant technical challenges.

Candidate Profile:
