Salesperson / Delivery Driver – Stockholm

Bilreservdelshuset i Stockholm AB is looking for a committed and service-oriented employee for a varied full-time position combining delivery, sales, customer service, and warehouse responsibilities in Stockholm.

Approximately 30% of the role involves delivering car parts and spare parts to customers and workshops in Stockholm and the surrounding area. Duties include loading and unloading goods, ensuring the correct products reach the correct customers, handling deliveries professionally, and keeping the vehicle clean and in good condition.

The remaining work focuses on sales, customer service, and inventory management. Responsibilities include welcoming customers, identifying their needs and recommending suitable products, answering inquiries by telephone and other channels, registering and following up on orders, upselling, receiving and checking incoming goods, picking and packing orders, organizing spare parts, carrying out inventory, and handling returns and complaints.

Candidates should be service-oriented, positive, responsible, meticulous, and structured. An interest in cars and car parts is required, along with good customer-service and sales skills, a Category B driving licence, flexibility, and proficiency in spoken and written Swedish. Experience in sales, car parts, warehouse work, or delivery driving is an advantage.

The salary starts from 26,950 SEK per month.
