Project Manager (m/f/d) Information Security & Regulatory Compliance

Vaillant GmbH is hiring a full-time Project Manager (m/f/d) Information Security & Regulatory Compliance in Remscheid, Germany. This is a permanent position focused on strengthening cyber, product, and production security across the company.

The role includes responsibility for implementing the Cyber Resilience Act (CRA), translating regulatory requirements into practical security processes and roadmaps, coordinating with Cybersecurity, IT Architecture, Product Development, Compliance, Legal, and Quality Management teams, and conducting gap analyses, risk assessments, and conformity evaluations.

The Project Manager will also monitor new regulatory requirements, prepare the company for audits, communicate security and compliance progress to senior management, and represent the company when working with authorities, auditors, and certification bodies.

Candidates should have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Business Informatics, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or a comparable field, along with several years of information security experience. Experience with project management and security frameworks and regulations such as CRA, NIS2, NIST CSF, ISO 27001, and IEC 62443 is required. Candidates should also have strong product and OT security knowledge and be fluent in German and English.
