Injection Technician-L’Arbresle, France

Job Description

Fresenius Medical Care is recruiting an Injection Technician for a night-shift position at its manufacturing facility in L’Arbresle, France. The site produces disposable hemodialysis products, including dialyzers and fibers, bibags and acid concentrates, using injection molding and other manufacturing technologies.

Reporting to the team leader, the Injection Technician will maintain the injection process for each press to ensure the required quality, safety and productivity. Responsibilities include adjusting and controlling production parameters, adjusting machines during production, diagnosing machine faults, and carrying out first-level maintenance. The role also involves checking the conformity of first parts before production starts, cleaning molds, restarting production, starting and stopping the workshop, and starting up machines.

The technician will use OEE, SAP and GMAO software to record production results, material consumption and interventions involving presses, molds and packaging machines. The position also includes proposing technical improvements and replacing the team leader when required.

Candidates should hold a BTS/BAC Pro in Plastics and Composites or have at least three years of professional experience in plastic injection molding in an equivalent role.
