Carnoy is looking for a Warehouse Team Leader for a full-time position in Ghent, working in a two-shift schedule from Monday to Friday. Carnoy is a wholesaler of HVAC and sanitary ware and is professionalizing its warehouse operations following the merger of its Ghent and Tournai branches.
The Warehouse Team Leader manages warehouse employees on the shop floor, provides coaching and training, distributes daily tasks, sets priorities, monitors progress, and supports onboarding and performance evaluations. The role also includes resolving operational bottlenecks and coordinating with the Logistics Manager and other team leaders.
When needed, the Team Leader actively supports warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, loading, and operating reach trucks and forklifts. The position requires extensive demonstrable reach truck and forklift experience, at least 4 years of warehouse experience, and experience managing employees. Good knowledge of Dutch and basic knowledge of French are required.
The work schedule consists of rotating shifts: 5:00–13:22 and 12:38–21:00, Monday to Friday.
