TenneT TSO GmbH is looking for an Integrated Security Specialist for a role based in Arnhem, with hybrid working and visits to regional offices and project locations. The position focuses on information security for the electricity grid, with particular attention to operational technology (OT) environments and onshore infrastructure projects.
The specialist will support the development and maintenance of the Integrated Information Security Policy (ISMS), translate laws and regulations into practical security frameworks, and work according to IEC62443 and ISO27001. Responsibilities include conducting cyber and physical security risk assessments, guiding internal stakeholders and suppliers on security compliance, contributing security requirements to tenders and projects, participating in negotiations and design processes, and supporting IEC62443 risk assessments and audits.
Candidates should have a completed HBO degree in computer science, information science, technical computer science, or a similar field, together with several years of demonstrable information-security experience, preferably in OT environments and large projects. Knowledge of or willingness to master IEC62443 and ISO27001 is required. Full command of Dutch and English at minimum B2 level, a driving licence B, and willingness to support projects are also required. An AIVD-B screening is mandatory.
Requirements
- Completed HBO degree in computer science, (business) information science, technical computer science, or similar
- Several years of demonstrable work experience in Information Security
- Preferably experience in OT environments / industrial automation
- Preferably experience within large projects
- Knowledge of or willingness to master IEC62443
- Knowledge of or willingness to master ISO27001
- Full command of Dutch
- Full command of English, minimum B2
- Driving licence B
- Willingness to support projects
- AIVD-B screening required
- Experience with procurement processes and supplier management in a security context is an advantage
- Knowledge of information security laws and regulations within the energy sector is an advantage
- Ability to make substantiated decisions in dynamic situations
- Ability to optimize work processes and focus on continuous improvement
