Team Leader – Food Industry Cleaning

Job Description

Renex Service Partner AS is looking for Team Leaders for food industry and industrial cleaning operations in Jessheim/Gardermoen, with additional opportunities in other parts of Eastern and Western Norway. The company is looking for candidates with experience from the food industry, cleaning, or production, as well as people with clear leadership skills who want to develop into a leadership role.

The role combines hands-on cleaning work with team leadership. Main responsibilities include performing cleaning during part of the working hours, leading and following up employees, planning and coordinating daily operations, ensuring quality and efficiency, following HSE and food and cleaning standards, training employees, communicating with customers and internal contacts, and contributing to continuous improvement.

Candidates should be structured, responsible, good with people, and comfortable with an operational and varied workday. The role involves working in the afternoon/night. Extensive management experience is not required, as Renex provides full training and a dedicated leadership course program.

The position is permanent and full-time at 100%, with 4 positions available. Start is as soon as possible/by agreement. Flexible candidates may also have opportunities to relocate to other parts of Norway.
