Night Guest Service Agent-Málaga, Spain
Job Description
REMS is seeking a Night Guest Service Agent in Málaga to communicate with, welcome, and assist guests during their stays. The role involves helping ensure properties are ready for guests, supporting them throughout their stay, and communicating relevant information to property managers and property leaders.
The Guest Service Agent will guide guests through communication tools including PMS and WhatsApp for Business, welcome them to properties and assist with check-in, and offer additional services such as guided tours. The position also includes answering phone calls and receiving guests at the office, as well as communicating with cleaning and maintenance staff.
Candidates should have good writing and spelling skills in both English and Spanish. French or another language is considered an advantage. The role requires the ability to react, adapt, and improvise when facing issues, along with strong customer relationship skills.
Knowledge of Andalucía, particularly restaurants, cultural sites and activities, is a plus. Previous experience as a receptionist in a hotel or Airbnb apartments and a relevant Bachelor’s degree are also considered advantages.
Requirements
