DAT-Schaub Sales Representative Norway

Job Description

DAT-Schaub, part of Danish Crown, is seeking a commercially driven Sales Representative to develop and strengthen its business in Norway. The role focuses on the Norwegian meat industry and involves managing an individual customer portfolio, developing existing and new customer relationships, identifying business opportunities and presenting DAT-Schaub’s natural casings and food ingredient solutions.

The Sales Representative will act as the primary customer contact within the assigned territory, regularly visiting customers, understanding their businesses and following up on opportunities, agreements and ongoing cooperation. Key responsibilities include driving sales activities, identifying growth, upselling and product-development opportunities, managing the sales pipeline, providing market insights, following up on orders and deliveries, and maintaining customer and activity data in CRM systems.

Applicants should have experience in B2B sales and customer relationship management, as well as experience in the meat, sausage, food ingredients or casing industry. Understanding food manufacturing environments and customer needs is required. An established network within the Norwegian meat industry, or the ability to quickly build one, is sought. The candidate should be independent, structured, reliable, professional and comfortable using CRM, ERP and Microsoft Office tools.
