Junior Key Account Manager, Retail

Wolt is looking for a Junior Key Account Manager to join its Sales & Merchant Operations team in Oslo. The role focuses on managing and developing a portfolio of retail partners, building strong relationships, using data to improve performance and delivering results for Wolt, its partners and customers.

The successful candidate will develop relationships with key accounts, conduct quarterly business reviews, identify merchant needs and priorities, and co-create solutions. The role also involves introducing and executing new Wolt product opportunities, driving revenue growth through data-based performance improvements, coordinating with operations, support and marketing teams, and planning promotional campaigns with the marketing team. The Junior Account Manager will also contribute to projects and analyses across different partners and verticals and help coordinate projects from planning through launch.

Wolt is seeking candidates with 1 to 3 years of successful experience in account management or B2B sales with clear commercial impact. Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills, an analytical mindset, experience with tools such as Looker, high ownership and a team-first attitude are required. Fluent Norwegian and English, both written and spoken, are required. Consultant, marketing and sales experience are a plus.
