Reine Rorbuer Drift AS is looking for an experienced and motivated Breakfast Chef for a seasonal, full-time 100% position in Reine, Lofoten Islands. The role starts on February 1, 2027, with stable work from the beginning of February until the end of March and the possibility of extending the contract for the summer season from May to September.
The Breakfast Chef will be responsible for preparing breakfast buffet dishes, including baking, while ensuring high-quality and attractive presentation. The role also involves maintaining hygiene standards and kitchen cleanliness, organizing daily kitchen operations efficiently, and working closely with breakfast waiters to provide excellent guest experiences.
Applicants must have a minimum of two years of experience as a Breakfast Chef and be able to work independently and take responsibility for their duties. Strong teamwork and communication skills, communicative-level English, attention to detail and commitment to high standards are required. A passion for quality food and presentation is also expected.
