Job Description
The REUSE Company (TRC) is seeking a Desktop Full-Stack Software Developer to join its headquarters in Madrid. The role focuses on the day-to-day development of projects around the company’s Systems Engineering Suite desktop applications, covering both front-end and back-end development. Knowledge of web front-end development is also highly appreciated.
The developer will become a product expert, assess customer issues, contribute to internal best practices, promote company technologies, develop assigned projects according to TRC directives, and communicate with teams and customers. The position also encourages engineers to participate in more than one engineering development field.
Applicants should have an Associate degree in Computer Science or a similar technical field and professional Software Engineering experience with .NET/.NET Core, C# or VB.NET, WPF with MVVM or Windows Forms, relational databases, version control, testing, Agile methodologies, and MS Office. Working proficiency in English is required. Experience with web development, AI and NLP, Docker, DevOps, or systems engineering is listed as an advantage.

Requirements
- Associate degree in Computer Science or similar technical field of study.
- Demonstrable professional experience in Software Engineering.
- .NET / .NET Core experience using C# and VB.NET for desktop applications.
- Experience with WPF using the MVVM framework or Windows Forms technologies.
- Experience with relational databases such as MySQL, SQL Server, or MS Access.
- Collaborative work using SVN, GIT, or another configuration management tool.
- Unit testing and integration testing using NUnit or similar technology.
- Experience with Agile methodologies, especially SCRUM.
- MS Office user-level interaction.
- Working proficiency and communication skills in verbal and written English.
- Excellent team worker.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including listening, writing, and discussing.
- Problem-solving and multitasking skills with the ability to stay calm under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
- Ability to adapt to changing corporate workflows and procedures.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities, demands, and timelines.
- .NET experience in web development nice to have.
- Experience with AI and NLP techniques nice to have.
- Docker nice to have.
- DevOps, including Continuous Integration / Continuous Deployment — nice to have.
- Master’s degree or MBA positive value.
- Systems Engineering experience nice to have.
- Associate Systems Engineering Professional (INCOSE) certificate or above nice to have.
- Know-how to identify opportunities for improvement nice to have.
- Willingness to travel around Europe and USA nice to have.
- French, German, or Swedish language skills nice to have.
