Cybersecurity Specialist Junior (L1)

Job Description

Exea Data Center is looking for a Cybersecurity Specialist Junior (L1) to join its team in Toruń on a full-time permanent employment contract. The role is based in a modern data processing center providing secure IT services and supporting companies with cloud, data center and cybersecurity solutions.

The position focuses on real-time monitoring of security alerts and incidents, analysing security threats affecting IT systems, and detecting and classifying potential attacks. The successful candidate will collaborate with IT and other departments to respond to threats, prepare incident documentation and reports, recommend preventive actions, implement basic corrective measures and escalate complex issues to higher support levels.

The role also includes technical support for security tools such as SIEM systems, IDS/IPS and antivirus solutions. Candidates should have at least one year of experience in any IT field and knowledge of basic cybersecurity concepts, network, server and application technologies. The ability to analyse system logs, communicate effectively and work in a dynamic environment is required. Willingness and ability to work shifts is also required. Experience with SIEM, cloud or data center solutions and cybersecurity certifications are welcome.
