Embedded Software Developer in the Defense Industry-Gothenburg, Sweden
Job Description
SiNIX is looking for two Embedded Software Developers to join its team in Gothenburg and contribute to embedded system projects within the defense sector. The role focuses on technically advanced systems where quality, safety, reliability, and innovation are important, providing an opportunity to work on socially critical solutions related to Sweden’s defense capabilities.
The position requires solid experience with C/C++ for embedded systems, along with a B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Computer Science, Electronics, Mechatronics, or a similar technical field. Candidates should have experience with RTOS platforms such as FreeRTOS, VxWorks, QNX, or similar systems, as well as practical experience with microcontroller systems and ARM-based platforms. Knowledge of communication protocols, safety-critical software development, and associated standards is also required.
SiNIX is looking for curious and responsible professionals with strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills who want to continuously develop. Experience in the defense or aerospace industry is considered a merit.
Requirements
- Solid experience with C/C++ for embedded systems
- M.Sc. or B.Sc. degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Mechatronics, or a similar technical field
