Job Description

O’Learys Linköping is looking for a happy and outgoing Restaurant Assistant to support the restaurant team and contribute to a pleasant and professional atmosphere. The role involves working in several areas, including as a Runner, Counter Assistant, Server, Wardrobe Assistant, or Kitchen Assistant, depending on the restaurant’s needs.

Responsibilities include cleaning and maintaining the premises, supporting the counter and bar, washing dishes, keeping washrooms and wardrobes organized, handling payments, welcoming guests, taking orders, serving food and drinks, preparing kitchen ingredients, managing waste, and assisting with inventory and deliveries. The role also includes responsibility for ensuring alcohol is not served to underage or overintoxicated guests.

Candidates should have at least one year of experience as a waiter in a restaurant or bar, good cashier skills, fluent Swedish, and good knowledge of English. At least high school education is required. The position is part-time, with extra work as needed and working hours by arrangement.
