Warehouse Person — Gdynia, Poland
Job Description
Team Electric Group is seeking a Warehouse Person to support its warehouse operations in Gdynia, Poland, with a planned start in November 2026. The position involves receiving and checking deliveries, storing electrical materials, cables and equipment, updating stock levels in the warehouse system, reporting shortages, and participating in regular stocktaking.
The role also includes preparing materials for shipment to vessels and shipyards across Europe. Responsibilities include picking and packing materials, labeling shipments, preparing required documents, loading vehicles, coordinating carrier pickups, and arranging urgent shipments in time to prevent interruptions to work on board. The Warehouse Person will safely operate forklifts and other handling equipment, maintain a clean and organized warehouse, follow health and safety rules, and work closely with purchasing and project/design teams. Timely reporting of deliveries, issues, and inventory changes is also required.
Requirements
- Experience working in a warehouse, preferably with technical or electrical materials.
- UDT forklift license/qualifications are an advantage.
- Basic computer skills for warehouse systems and Excel.
- Accuracy and a responsible approach to work.
- Basic knowledge of English is an advantage.
- Eligible to work in the European Union.
