A restaurant in Salzburg, Austria, is seeking an Assistant Waiter / Commis de Rang (m/f/d) for full-time employment with an immediate start.

The role involves preparing mise-en-place in assigned areas and supporting the restaurant’s service operations. Responsibilities include preparing and checking waiter stations, food pass areas, coffee stations, buffets, and service areas before and after service. The Commis de Rang also assists the Chef de Rang/Demi Chef de Rang with opening and closing duties, particularly in back areas.

Candidates should have excellent attention to essential details and experience working in a multicultural environment. Fluency in spoken, written, and read English is required, while an additional language such as German, French, Italian, or Spanish is preferred.

The position offers permanent or seasonal contracts, free food and accommodation, 13th and 14th salaries, full health and social insurance, and other employee benefits. The minimum salary is EUR 2,200 gross per month based on full-time employment, with willingness to overpay.
