Job Description

Raditi is recruiting a Pastry Chef (M/F/D) for a 4-star hotel in Tyrol, Austria. This is a full-time position with a stated start date of 01.07.2025. Weekend work is possible.

The role includes preparing mise en place for menu items, preparing and cooking desserts, consistently presenting desserts according to hotel and restaurant standards, and preparing staff meals as directed by senior chefs. The Pastry Chef is also responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and organized working environment.

Candidates should have at least 4 years of experience as a Pastry Chef in a 4-star or 5-star hotel or fine dining establishment. Excellent communication and organizational skills, flexibility for different shifts, and fluent German or English are required.
