Job Description

Syntex GmbH offers a full-time, online training program in digital product development, software development, design, and artificial intelligence. The program is delivered by the Syntax Institute, an AZAV-certified training provider focused on digital careers.

Participants learn to develop digital products from the initial idea to a finished web application. The curriculum covers UX/UI design, product conception using Figma, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, TypeScript, APIs, and AI-supported research, design, programming, and testing.

The training includes practical projects to help participants build a professional portfolio and develop skills for roles such as Frontend Developer, Web Developer, Full Stack Developer, Web Application Developer, and JavaScript Developer.

The program is offered online with flexible learning from anywhere. A laptop is included, and participants can access career coaching and job-search support. Industry-recognized IHK certificates may also be possible. The training is advertised as 100% free with an education voucher.

Applicants must be registered with the employment agency or job center, have good German skills at least at B1 level, and be willing to learn. No prior knowledge of digital topics is necessary.
