Home Clean Ltd. Job Description
Home Clean Ltd. is looking for energetic cleaners to join its team in Oulu and surrounding municipalities, Finland. The role involves cleaning private homes to help customers maintain clean and comfortable living environments.
Most customers receive regular cleaning services, while occasional assignments include move-in or move-out cleaning and window cleaning. Employees typically clean 2–3 properties per day, working in pairs. Some homes have pets, so being comfortable around animals is an advantage.
The position offers a fixed-term employment contract until December 23, 2026, with an average of 24 working hours per week. Work is scheduled mainly from Monday to Friday during daytime hours, generally between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Some Saturday shifts may be required before Christmas. The position is expected to start as soon as possible.
Previous cleaning experience is not required. The employer provides training and support, although experience working in Finland is preferred. Applicants must already have a valid work permit for Finland, a valid driving licence, and a willingness to drive throughout the year in varying road conditions. Having a personal car available for work is preferred.
After the fixed-term contract ends, there may be an opportunity to continue working under a framework contract. Salary details have not been provided.
