Home Cleaner for Gig Work

Job Description

Home Clean Ltd. is looking for energetic home cleaners to join its team in the Helsinki metropolitan area and surrounding municipalities in Finland. The role focuses mainly on cleaning private homes and helping customers maintain clean and comfortable living environments.

Typical duties include regular home cleaning, move-in or move-out cleaning, and window cleaning. Employees generally clean 2–3 customer properties per day, working independently or alongside a colleague. Some homes have pets, so being comfortable around animals is an advantage.

This gig-based role offers flexible scheduling. Employees can indicate their availability and preferred working days. Work is generally scheduled from Monday to Friday, approximately between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Evening and weekend shifts are not available. Flexibility and short-notice availability, including covering for sick leave, are preferred.

Previous cleaning experience is not required. The company provides training and support, although experience working in Finland is preferred. Applicants must already have a valid work permit for Finland. A manual-transmission driving licence and access to a personal car are considered advantages but are not essential.

The position is expected to start as soon as possible, subject to agreement. Salary and specific weekly working hours have not been provided.
