Service Technician

Job Description

Nilfisk Oy-AB is looking for a skilled Service Technician to join its maintenance team in Vantaa, Finland. The position is permanent and full-time, supporting the company’s growing aftermarket services.

The successful candidate will service pressure washers, cleaning machines, and similar equipment. The work will be varied, with duties performed both at the Vantaa repair shop and at customer premises throughout the Uusimaa region. Responsibilities also include customer service, such as providing instructions on how to use machines.

Applicants should have experience servicing pressure washers, cleaning machines, or similar equipment. The employer expects candidates to work collaboratively, maintain a positive approach to customer service and customer satisfaction, and demonstrate a willingness to develop professionally. Basic Finnish language skills, an understanding of English, computer proficiency, and a category B driving licence are required. The role also involves travel, so applicants must be prepared to travel as needed.
