Worknow Oy is recruiting an Automotive Painter / Surface Treatment Specialist for ABS1 Oy, a modern multi-brand vehicle repair and manufacturing business located at Ideaparkinkatu 11, Lempäälä, Finland. The position offers permanent employment and an opportunity to develop practical skills while working on the production of fiberglass roof structures for vans.

The role involves cleaning and sanding surfaces, filling, priming, spray painting, and fiberglass lamination. Previous fiberglass lamination experience is not required, as on-the-job training will be provided. Candidates should have vocational training and a solid foundation in surface treatment, along with some experience or training in spray painting.

The ideal candidate is motivated, precise, patient, willing to learn, and capable of handling moderately physical work. Applicants can work in Finnish or English, and English alone is sufficient for this position.

ABS1 Oy offers a modern working environment with updated facilities and equipment, a supportive team, and opportunities to develop technical expertise. Work takes place Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 16:00, for 37.5 hours per week. The monthly salary ranges from €2,300 to €2,500, depending on experience and skills.
