Job Description

FruitPassion GmbH is looking for a reliable and punctual part-time Driver to support its fruit delivery and market operations in Rüschlikon and the Zurich area. The family-owned business supplies tree-ripened fruit from Africa directly to local markets and is seeking someone to join its small team immediately.

The main responsibilities include collecting prepared fruit and market materials from the warehouse in Rüschlikon, driving the delivery van to markets in Bürkliplatz, Oerlikon, Uster, Meilen, Wädenswil, and Thalwil, and unloading the supplies. After each market, the driver collects the remaining fruit, tables, and market stall, loads them into the vehicle, and returns to the warehouse to unpack everything.

Applicants must hold a Category B driving licence and be confident driving a manual-transmission vehicle. Reliability, punctuality, and physical fitness for lifting and carrying are essential.

The role involves approximately 11 hours of work per week: around two hours on Tuesday morning, five hours on Friday morning, and four hours on Saturday morning. The working day starts very early, with departure from the warehouse at approximately 4:50 a.m.

The company offers CHF 25 per hour, a company car, fresh fruit to take home, and a welcoming family team environment.
