ISS Facility Services 3 Vacancies Job Description
ISS Facility Services is looking for service-minded employees for its PRM (Persons with Reduced Mobility) service at Oslo Airport in Ullensaker Municipality, Norway. The role supports travelers with reduced mobility and other assistance needs, helping passengers have a safe, dignified, and positive airport experience.
Responsibilities include assisting passengers with accessibility needs throughout the airport, escorting travelers to and from aircraft, gates, check-in and baggage areas, and handling wheelchairs and other assistive devices. Employees will also provide service and care when interacting with passengers and collaborate closely with airlines and other airport stakeholders.
The employer is hiring three permanent positions with an 80% vacancy rate. The positions operate on a rotation schedule, with working hours between 5:00 AM and 1:00 AM, and require working every other weekend.
Candidates should be service-minded, responsible, reliable, positive, and able to work effectively in a hectic environment. Fluent spoken and written Norwegian and English are required. A background check will be conducted during the hiring process.
