Job Description

Goodtime International Entertainment is recruiting an Assistant Cook / Kitchen Assistant (m/f/d) for a seasonal, full-time position at a professional resort kitchen in Greece. The role involves supporting cooks and chefs with daily food preparation and basic cooking tasks while gaining practical experience in an international kitchen environment.

Responsibilities include washing and cutting ingredients, preparing food items, assisting cooks during daily kitchen operations, and performing basic cooking tasks under supervision. The successful candidate will follow kitchen hygiene and safety standards and maintain a clean, organized work area.

Applicants should have some previous experience in gastronomy or kitchen work, such as in a restaurant, fast-food outlet, café, or similar environment. Basic English skills are required. Candidates should be motivated to learn, able to follow instructions, reliable, willing to improve their skills, and comfortable working in a team during busy periods. Formal chef training is not required.

The position is seasonal and full-time, with five to six working days per week. Employees will live and work on-site. An EU passport is required.
