Job Description

Raditi is recruiting an Assistant Waiter / Commis de Rang (M/F/D) for a restaurant in Salzburg, Austria. This is a full-time position with an immediate start.

The role involves preparing mise en place in assigned areas, checking waiter stations, food pass areas, coffee stations, buffets, condiments, and service areas before and after service. The Commis de Rang also supports the Chef de Rang/Demi Chef de Rang with restaurant opening and closing duties, particularly in back areas, while maintaining company and public health standards.

The position requires excellent attention to detail, experience working in a multicultural environment, and fluent English reading, writing, and speaking skills. Knowledge of German, French, Italian, or Spanish is preferred.

The offer includes permanent or seasonal contracts, free food and accommodation, 13th and 14th salaries, full health and social insurance, and other employee benefits. The minimum salary is EUR 2,200 gross per month based on full-time employment, with willingness to pay more.
