Job Description

BMW-MINI INDIGO is recruiting an Automotive Body Repair Technician (M/F) to work across its five locations in Essonne. Reporting to the After-Sales Manager, the technician will repair and restore damaged vehicle bodywork while following quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities include repairing dents, identifying and analyzing body damage, selecting appropriate repair techniques, and completing finishing work such as sanding and polishing. The technician will also verify that repairs comply with regulations and quality requirements, work closely with the body shop and customer service teams, and follow applicable safety and hygiene rules.

Candidates must have training in automotive dent repair and at least two years of successful experience in a similar position. Proficiency in modern dent removal and bodywork repair techniques is required, along with meticulousness, rigor and attention to detail. Teamwork and a commitment to customer satisfaction are also expected. A Category B driving licence is essential.

The position is offered as a permanent CDI contract with 39 working hours per week. Salary is to be defined according to the candidate’s profile.
