Job Description
Groupe DOMUSA is recruiting an ERP Project Manager for its subsidiary EQUIP’AERO INDUSTRIE as part of the growth and structuring of its information systems. Reporting to the Group CIO, the role is responsible for the Group ERP strategy and its implementation across the organization.
The position involves defining and deploying the ERP strategy, managing system convergence and migration projects, overseeing ERP deployment and evolution projects, and ensuring operational performance and data quality. The role also includes supervising integrators and software publishers, managing ERP maintenance and upgrades, structuring data repositories, and ensuring data governance and consistency.
The ERP Project Manager will support business teams through digital transformation, assist users, lead key users, and coordinate business, IT and external partner teams. The position combines operational involvement with functional management and requires a strategic and structured approach.
Candidates should hold a Bac+4/+5 in IT and have at least five years of significant experience in a similar position, including advanced ERP configuration. Experience with industrial ERP environments, Sage X3, Sylob, Movex or MRO ERP, as well as knowledge of aerospace MRO/OEM environments, industrial and supply-chain processes, SI architectures, SQL, Crystal Reports and Power BI, are highlighted as differentiating factors.
Requirements
- Bac+4/+5 in computer science.
- Minimum 5 years of significant experience in a similar position.
- Advanced ERP configuration experience.
- A technician with significant experience or an engineer may apply.
- Listening skills and analytical ability.
- Determination, communication skills and pragmatism.
- Experience with industrial ERP environments.
- Knowledge of ERP such as Sage X3, Sylob, Movex or MRO ERP.
- Knowledge of aerospace MRO and/or OEM environments.
- Solid understanding of industrial and supply-chain processes.
- Knowledge of information-system architectures and interfaces.
- Knowledge of SQL, Crystal Reports and Power BI.
- Strategic vision and structuring ability.
- Strong influencing ability in a transversal role without hierarchical management.
- Excellent business/IT relationship skills.
