Job Description

ISS Facility Services is looking for cleaning staff for a permanent position in Trondheim. The role involves carrying out cleaning and maintenance tasks at different customer locations throughout the working day, including offices, warehouses and retail spaces.

Key responsibilities include performing daily cleaning, using cleaning machines and manual equipment, following cleaning plans, routines and quality requirements, and contributing to good service experiences for customers. Because the work requires travelling between different customers, a Class B driving licence is a requirement.

The position is Monday to Friday, from 06:00 to 12:00. ISS offers salary according to the tariff, good conditions and an insurance scheme. Employees receive thorough training with an experienced cleaner and access to e-learning courses. The company also provides development opportunities, including support for obtaining a certificate as a cleaning operator and access to ISS Academy courses.

Applicants should have some experience in the cleaning or service industry and be service-oriented, flexible, reliable, accurate and willing to learn. The role requires the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively. Good communication skills in Norwegian or English are desirable. Immediate start is available, and candidates are evaluated on an ongoing basis.
