Commis Mini-Bar-Cannes, France

Barrière is recruiting a Commis Mini-Bar for an extra contract at Hôtel Barrière Le Majestic Cannes. Reporting to the Room Service Manager, the role involves the daily replenishment and preparation of minibars throughout the hotel’s rooms and suites, following the establishment’s procedures.

The position requires strict adherence to hygiene and safety standards, including HACCP requirements, as well as maintaining the presentation and cleanliness of service trolleys and storage areas. The employee is also expected to demonstrate professionalism, courtesy, impeccable appearance, and discretion when working in occupied guest rooms.

The Commis Mini-Bar will coordinate closely with Housekeeping, Reception, and Room Service teams to help ensure responsive and smooth service for guests. A successful first experience as a waiter, commis, or in a similar hospitality position is required, preferably in luxury hospitality. French proficiency and good English proficiency are also required.
