Lidl is looking for a friendly and reliable Part-Time Sales Assistant (m/f/d) to join its team in Hameln, Germany. This is a permanent part-time position offering €15 per hour, paid overtime, employee benefits, and a supportive working environment.

Your Responsibilities

As a Sales Assistant, you will help ensure that customers have a positive shopping experience and that the store remains clean, organised, and well stocked.

Your main duties include:

  • Stocking shelves and presenting products neatly
  • Baking and preparing products in the store
  • Operating modern POS and checkout systems
  • Supporting customers in the Scan&Go area
  • Answering customer questions and providing assistance
  • Checking incoming goods
  • Assisting with inventory tasks
  • Supporting warehouse and cleaning activities
  • Working together with the store team to maintain high standards

Requirements

Applicants should have a positive attitude and an interest in retail and customer service. Previous retail experience is not essential, and career changers are welcome.
