Tanya Elisabeth Grønvold is seeking one farmworker/milker for a dairy farm in Karasjok, Finnmark, Northern Norway. This is a part-time position at 75%, with daytime and evening work every day, including weekdays and weekends. The working day in the barn is divided into morning and evening care on the same day, with more work available during certain periods.
The role includes daily barn duties such as milking, feeding, cleaning, checking cows for illness or heat, contacting and assisting the veterinarian, and caring for cows and calves during and after calving. The worker may also perform other tasks involving animals, machinery, and general farm work.
Applicants must speak Norwegian or English, hold a Class B driving license, have the physical strength required for the work, and have previous farm work and cow-handling experience. Tractor-driving experience and the relevant license are an advantage but not a requirement. Applicants from outside Schengen/EU must have a work permit before applying.
The salary is negotiable/by agreement, and the position is available for immediate start.
