You’re passionate about fashion and lifestyle – so are we! In our purchasing department, we help shape and guide the fashion of tomorrow from the very beginning, deciding what will be sold in our NEW YORKER stores worldwide. Join us and contribute your expertise to our team in one of the world’s most exciting industries, and be responsible for:

• Design and development of our sportswear collections, especially for our own brand studio71, based on current fashion, sports and lifestyle trends.
• Continuous trend and competitor research, as well as preparation and presentation of relevant trends and impulses for the sportswear sector.
• Development of color palettes, prints, graphics and designs in close coordination with purchasing.
• Support in collection development from the initial idea to the final product
• Creation and maintenance of collection overviews, mood boards, color concepts and style sheets
• Development and elaboration of product details, accessories and packaging to match the brand world of studio71
• Close collaboration and communication with our worldwide suppliers in English.
• Inspiring store checks, competitive analyses and visits to relevant trade fairs to identify new trends and product ideas.

WHAT YOU BRING

• You will score points with a completed degree in graphic/fashion design or a comparable qualification.
• Ideally, you have some initial professional experience in denim design.
• You impress us with your detailed knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite.
• You are proficient in using AI and MS Office.
• You impress with your excellent German and English skills, both spoken and written.
• You bring enthusiasm for fashion, lifestyle and trends in the field of denim trousers.
• You have a talent for pronounced creativity and a very good graphic and typographic sense.
• Furthermore, you are enthusiastic about fashion, lifestyle and trends, and especially about trousers.
• You have a good eye for observation and can empathize with different target groups.
• You are absolutely a team player
