BLV IMPIANTI SRL is recruiting Fiber Optic Assurance and Delivery Technicians for full-time positions in Rome. The advertisement describes two profiles: a senior technician with proven experience and a young/junior profile who will be trained. Contract options include fixed-term employment, professional apprenticeship/internship for the junior profile, and indefinite-period employment, depending on the profile.
The senior technician will handle FTTH cable laying, fusion joints in sockets/studs, OTDR instrumental testing, complex fault diagnosis, and coordination of junior resources. This profile requires at least 2–3 years of proven experience on Open Fiber or FiberCop networks, operational autonomy, and a Category B driving licence for company vans.
The junior profile will support the senior technician, route cables within infrastructure, prepare cables for joints, and maintain safety standards at construction sites. A technical diploma is preferred, particularly ITIS Electronics/Telecommunications, along with strong manual skills, quick-learning ability, and a Category B driving licence.
The stated salary is €1,200–€2,000 per month. A company mobile phone is provided.
Requirements
- Senior profile: at least 2–3 years of proven experience on Open Fiber or FiberCop networks

- Junior profile: technical diploma, preferably ITIS Electronics/Telecommunications
- Strong manual skills
- Aptitude for quick learning
- Driving licence B
- Technical experience of 1 year is preferential
- Secondary School (High School) qualification is preferential
