Game Designer (Slot Product Owner)

Job Description

NetEnt, part of Evolution, is seeking an experienced Game Designer to work as a Slot Product Owner at its game studio in Stockholm, Sweden. The role focuses on designing and managing the development of new slot game products, improving player experiences, and ensuring products align with the company’s roadmap and performance goals.

The successful candidate will oversee game development from concept through delivery, including defining game mechanics and visual concepts, managing the production team’s backlog, coordinating priorities, and ensuring that products meet functional, compliance, and market requirements. The role also involves collaborating with product teams, game studios, sales and marketing departments, operators, and players to improve product quality and achieve production objectives.

Candidates should have previous game design experience, strong product analysis skills, a passion for the gaming industry, creativity, and excellent communication and coordination abilities. Experience in the iGaming or wider games industry is highly valued. Proficiency in spoken and written English is required.
