Evolution Job Description
Evolution is hiring a Spanish-speaking Game Presenter for its live casino broadcasting studio in Murcia, Spain. This is a full-time opportunity to work in an international, fast-paced environment presenting live games and interacting with players on camera.
The role involves leading games, engaging with live players, creating an entertaining experience, and participating in table promotions and internal and external media campaigns. The studio broadcasts 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, so flexibility with shift patterns and changing business needs is important.
No specific previous work experience or specialist skills are required. However, candidates should have fluent Spanish, good English, strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a commitment to excellent customer service. Previous part-time experience, preferably in a service-related role, is considered beneficial.
Evolution provides up to three weeks of industry training through its Evolution Academy, covering game techniques and presentation skills. Requirements
- Fluent Spanish; good English; strong work ethic; customer-service orientation; good communication skills; mature, hardworking, and team-oriented attitude; positive and proactive approach; flexibility to adapt to changing shift patterns and business needs; sense of responsibility; entertaining and engaging personality. Previous work experience is not required. Part-time experience of one or two years, preferably in service-related tasks, is desirable. Previous international experience and the right to work in the EU are a plus, but not mandatory according to the listing.
