Home Cleaner for Gig Work

Job Description

Home Clean Ltd. is looking for energetic home cleaners to join its team in Tampere and surrounding municipalities in Finland. The role involves cleaning private homes to help customers maintain clean and comfortable living environments.

Most customers receive regular cleaning services, while other assignments include move-in or move-out cleaning and window cleaning. Employees typically clean 2–3 properties per day, working either independently or alongside a colleague. Some customers have pets, so being comfortable around animals is an advantage.

This gig-based position offers flexible scheduling. Workers can indicate their availability and preferred working days. The work is mainly scheduled from Monday to Friday, approximately between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Evening and weekend shifts are not available. Flexibility and short-notice availability, such as covering for sick leave, are preferred.

Previous cleaning experience is not required. The employer provides training and workplace support, although experience working in Finland is preferred. Applicants must already have a valid work permit for Finland. A manual-transmission driving licence and access to a personal car are advantages but are not essential.

The position is expected to start as soon as possible, subject to agreement. Salary and specific weekly working hours have not been provided.
