Job Description

Beaulieu International Group is offering an Internship Cyber Security opportunity at its location on Zuiderlaan 59-61A, 8790 Waregem. The internship provides students with the opportunity to become familiar with the daily activities of a Security Operations Center (SOC) and participate in the security management of an organization.

As an intern, you will work alongside experienced security engineers and contribute to activities such as analyzing security alerts, detecting incorrect settings, and remediating vulnerabilities. You will also have the opportunity to complete a research assignment focused on strengthening the organization’s security infrastructure. Example projects include setting up an Active Directory security testing toolset for basic penetration testing and establishing a phishing service to increase organizational awareness of phishing attacks.

Applicants should be pursuing an associate degree, bachelor’s, or master’s program in Computer Science with a specialization in cybersecurity. Basic knowledge of system networks, operating systems, and information security is required, along with independent working ability, proactivity, analytical thinking, and good communication skills in Dutch and English.
