Occupational Safety Coordinator

Amazon Germany S38 Transport GmbH is hiring an Occupational Safety Coordinator in Kitzingen, Germany. This full-time position is focused on workplace health and safety and offers an opportunity to build and develop skills in occupational safety within an international company.

The role includes conducting risk assessments and audits, monitoring the site to ensure compliance with Amazon safety procedures, creating and updating reports on safety indicators, collaborating with Operations and other departments on safety-related tasks, and assisting in the investigation of accidents and near misses.

The Occupational Safety Coordinator works on-site and supports employees and managers by identifying potential risks before they become larger issues. The role combines routine safety responsibilities with problem-solving and communication across teams.

Candidates should have vocational training or relevant experience, experience using data analytics to support key performance indicators (KPIs), advanced German skills, and good English skills. Experience in stakeholder communication and the ability to work both independently and in a team are also valuable. Existing training as a specialist in occupational safety is preferred.
