Job Description

REMS is seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Property Manager to oversee the condition and readiness of managed properties in the Málaga area. The role focuses primarily on maintaining properties in optimal condition and managing relationships with apartment owners.

The Property Manager will coordinate with maintenance, cleaning, and logistics teams to resolve property issues promptly, conduct regular property inspections, report findings, and handle administrative tasks related to property upkeep and owner relations. The position also includes serving as the main contact for apartment owners, providing updates and addressing concerns.

Local physical presence is required in the Benalmádena or Torremolinos area. The role also involves creating visual property content, including provisional photoshoots and property video tours.

Candidates must be fluent in written and spoken English and Spanish and hold a valid driving licence. They must live in, or be willing to work daily from, the Benalmádena or Torremolinos area. Strong organizational and communication skills are required. Previous experience in property management, hospitality, or client relations is a plus.

The position is full-time, with 5 working days per week and 2 days off per week, with an 8-hour daily shift. The source states a permanent employment contract.
