Job Description

Nakar Hotel is seeking a Room Attendant for its 57-room design hotel located on Jaime III in Palma de Mallorca. The position involves maintaining guest rooms, common areas, staff areas, and storage spaces according to the hotel’s cleaning standards.

Key responsibilities include cleaning rooms and shared areas, reporting and following up on breakages or repairs identified in guest and staff areas, and collecting and recording guests’ forgotten or lost belongings. The role also includes daily replacement of minibars in guest rooms and maintaining order and cleanliness in storage areas.

Applicants should have at least two years of previous experience in 4-star Superior or 5-star hotels. Customer service orientation, attention to detail, cleanliness, organization, teamwork, and the ability to handle periods of high workload are required. Language skills are valued, including English, German, French, and Mallorquin.

The hotel offers full-time employment. The hotel operates throughout the year, with an initial three-month contract that may be renewed if satisfactory for both parties. Flexible availability for morning or afternoon shifts and public holidays is required.
