Job Description

Evolution is hiring a Senior Data Analyst to join its RNG Division in Stockholm, Sweden. This full-time, 100% on-site position focuses on developing and governing data capabilities that support business decision-making, operational effectiveness, and risk management across the organisation.

The successful candidate will work with Commercial, Product, Fraud, Customer Support, Engineering, and Operations teams to improve data resources, reporting, monitoring, and governance practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle ad-hoc data requests involving commercial performance, product data, fraud detection, and Tier 2 customer support or operator issues.
  • Create, maintain, and improve Tableau dashboards, including managing user access, licences, and permissions.
  • Support data governance, consistency, documentation, and effective use of data across the RNG Division.
  • Translate business requirements into analytical datasets, reporting solutions, and governance improvements.
  • Lead data-related projects from concept through implementation while collaborating across departments.
  • Develop fraud-monitoring tools and data frameworks across RNG game providers.
  • Improve fraud detection, monitoring processes, and the identification of anomalies, player exploits, defects, and suspicious behaviour.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Several years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, analytics engineering, or a comparable senior data role.
  • Strong SQL skills and experience building analytical datasets, reporting layers, and decision-support solutions.
  • Experience with Tableau, Power BI, Superset, or similar business intelligence tools.
  • Knowledge of data governance, data quality, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, prioritisation, and communication skills.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • A proactive, structured, and independent approach to delivering results.

Experience with AWS Athena, data catalogues, fraud analytics, anomaly detection, Python, Git, CI/CD, gaming, or iGaming is an advantage.
