Job Description

Deloitte is seeking a (Senior) Expert HR Data Analytics (m/f/d) to join its Corporate Functions – Performance & Reward team. The role focuses on developing data-driven models and tools that support the preparation and interpretation of decision-relevant HR data, including areas such as career development, benefits, recognition, and performance-related compensation.

Responsibilities include developing algorithms and models, creating individual dashboards using modern business intelligence tools, identifying correlations and patterns in data, developing reporting and analysis tools with stakeholders, and preparing information for different target groups and reporting requirements. The role also involves independently developing processes across the relevant value and engagement chains.

Applicants should have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in mathematics, economics, physics, or a comparable qualification, preferably with a focus on statistics or data analytics. Initial experience in analytics and/or project management is advantageous. Candidates should be comfortable handling large amounts of highly confidential data and have initial programming skills in R, Python, SQL or similar, along with experience using business intelligence tools such as Qlik Sense or Power BI.
