Senior ML Engineer

Job Description

AllCloud is seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer – AI & GenAI (AWS) to deliver client-facing artificial intelligence and Generative AI solutions on AWS. The role involves hands-on consulting, technical delivery, and ownership of end-to-end workstreams in collaboration with client architects, stakeholders, data scientists, ML engineers, and solution architects.

Key responsibilities include designing and deploying Generative AI applications using Amazon Bedrock, building retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) solutions, implementing agentic systems, and managing machine learning lifecycles through Amazon SageMaker. The engineer will also develop AI evaluation and observability frameworks, implement responsible AI controls, integrate data platforms, and design secure, scalable AWS architectures. Additional duties include infrastructure as code, CI/CD delivery, workload cost optimization, technical discovery, client presentations, code reviews, and mentoring engineers.

Applicants should have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant quantitative or technical field, or equivalent demonstrated experience. The position requires 5–8+ years of experience in machine learning engineering, data science, or AI engineering, including at least three years of hands-on AWS experience. Candidates must also have production-grade Generative AI experience, client-facing technical leadership skills, strong ownership, and excellent written and spoken English.
